The company was founded in 2011, engaged in the development, production and sales of new environmental protection fire extinguishing agents and fire extinguishers. After 8 years of exploration and efforts, the company has successfully developed an "edible" PFOS-free multifunctional plant-based environmental protection fire extinguishing agent technology using the traditional Chinese herbal flame retardant principle, reaching the world's leading position. The company is a national high-tech enterprise, national science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises. At the beginning of the venture, the construction of independent intellectual property rights has been planned. We carry the national encryption level invention and entrepreneurship, over the years in addition to China and the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan and Australia and other countries patent, has obtained more than 10 invention patents and more than 20 new patents; Obtained more than 50 kinds of certification at home and abroad, including through the Ministry of Public Security fire products conformity assessment center test, obtained 3C certificate, international SGS environmental protection non-toxic certification and international Intertek non-fluorescent agent identification report, is the first and only in China to obtain the German MPA, European TUV certification and Singapore national green environmental protection certificate enterprises. After various experiments at home and abroad, the products have reached the world-class technical level, and the environmental performance is far superior to similar products in Germany and the United States.

In the first phase of Beilun Industrial Zone, Ningbo, the company established the production base of M1 plant type flame retardant extinguishing agent, Mercury-1 and Mercury-2 series products, producing M1-1, M1-2, M1-3, M1-4, M1-5 fire extinguishing agent, Mercury-1 and Mercury-2 products and intelligent fire safety system. The company has become a domestic and foreign large-scale efficient environmental protection fire extinguishing agent and environmental protection fire extinguisher production enterprises, the annual production of various types of fire extinguishing agent 20,000 tons. Because M1 series products have non-toxic, non-corrosive, fire efficient, green and environmental characteristics, which are not available for other fire extinguishing agents, such products have initially entered the United States, Japan, Southeast Asia and other countries, and are expected to be widely used in the United States, Japan and Germany. In order to further meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets, the company has developed and produced special fire extinguishing agents for forest fire fighting in 2015, and is ready to invest in the second phase of construction, which is expected to produce fire safety products and systems for various types of military, public security and ships.

The state attaches great importance to the development of smart emergency response.  In order to actively respond to the government work report proposed by The State Council in the "14th Five-Year Plan for the National Emergency Response System" to promote the construction of intelligent emergency response, establish an emergency data governance system that conforms to the development law of big data, and improve the functions of supervision and management, monitoring and early warning, command and rescue, disaster management, statistical analysis, information release, post-disaster assessment and social mobilization. Together with China Safety Industry Association, University of Science and Technology of China, China University of Mining and Technology, the company has successfully developed a series of relatively mature programs: "Internet + fire safety" solution, smart traffic fire safety overall solution, cultural and ancient buildings smart fire safety overall solution, smart fire safety community overall solution, smart fire safety commercial complex overall solution, smart fire safety school (nursing home, hospital) overall solution, power plant smart fire safety overall solution (thermal power, wind power, wind power, etc.) Hydropower, nuclear power, solar energy), smart safety overall solution for dangerous vehicles, smart fire safety overall solution for petrochemical enterprises, and more than 40 smart fire overall solutions.

Since 2019, together with the Chinese Standard Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Housing and Construction of China, we have edited the "Environmental Protection Plant Active Foam Fire Extinguisher" and "Application Technical Regulations of Plant Active Flame retardant Foam fire extinguishing Agent Spray System", leading the standardization of the national environmental protection fire protection industry, and in 2019, "Mercury No. 1" environmental protection fire extinguisher was rated as "Made in Zhejiang". It is the designated security product of the G20 Summit and the Internet Summit, and it is also the security product of the 70th anniversary of the country, which has been selected by the Hong Kong police as a weapon to counter riots and maintain social stability in Hong Kong.
